AGE REQUIREMENTS & LEVELS
Junior Division - Ages 12 and Under
Senior Division - Ages13 and Over
Names, ages and birthdates of all dancers must be submitted with Registration forms. The dancer’s age as of January 1, 2018 will determine the Age Level. Please notify EpicStar and we will update student information.
The EpicStar faculty design each class based on dance ability within the age level. EpicStar is not responsible if class material is too advanced. No refunds will be issued.
Early registration is strongly advised! Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and will be limited to the occupancy limits of the event space. Online registration only.
Independent registrations are welcome.
A confirmation email will be sent to each studio or individual registrant upon receipt of tuition. Please check this email carefully and notify EpicStar if any changes are needed. Studios or individuals should keep copies of all Registration paperwork for reference. It is the responsibility of each studio or individual to review the registration and billing statement for accuracy.
The EpicStar Waiver of Liability must be completed by studio owners, teachers, parents/guardians or dancer of legal age during the online registration process. Once registration is submitted, it is agreed that all dancers, teachers, parents and other attendees will not hold EpicStar, LLC responsible for any injury or loss of property during the event.
